Q 1. The temperature at 8, 500ft is forecast to be ISA+15. What would you expect the actual temperature to be? Show working out.

Q1...according to ISA the temperature at 8500 should be -2 C .....this comes from that temperature decreases 2 degrees Celsius for every 1000 ft....

so from sea level to 8500 feet we have 17degrees difference....so +15 - 17= -2 C

Q2....1 hour 54 min 49 seconds
